Job Description -

    We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Developer & Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, managing, and updating websites, along with creating high-quality visual designs using tools such as Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma. The candidate should be comfortable working across multiple websites, handling lead collection, editing content, and coordinating with teams to ensure a seamless online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and develop responsive websites using HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  2. Implement layouts and UI components using Bootstrap and React.js
  3. Optimize websites for performance, responsiveness, and user experience
  4. Troubleshoot and debug issues on existing websites
  5. Ensure websites are SEO-friendly and mobile-compatible
  6. SEO, Google Ads, API/CRM Inyegration, Python (AI/ML), Three.js
  7. Maintain and update content across 4–5 company websites
  8. Monitor website performance and uptime
  9. Implement tracking tools such as Google Analytics and lead capture forms
  10. Integrate and manage lead capture forms (contact forms, inquiry forms, etc.)
  11. Collect, organize, and report data and leads generated through websites
  12. Coordinate with marketing/sales teams to follow up on leads
  13. Design website banners, sliders, graphics, and visual assets
  14. Use tools like Adobe Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma for web design projects
  15. Ensure branding consistency across all digital platforms

Skills & Requirements:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.Proven experience as a Web Developer or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap.
  3. Experience with React.js, Angular, or Vue.js (preferred).
  4. Basic understanding of PHP, Node.js, or Python for back-end integration.
  5. Familiarity with WordPress, Shopify, or other CMS platforms
  6. Strong understanding of SEO principles and responsive design.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and time management skills.
