Job Description -

The Senior Manager – Inside Sales will lead and scale the inside sales operations by managing a team of executives, generating qualified leads, driving conversions, and supporting revenue targets through effective digital and tele-sales strategies. This role demands strong leadership, CRM expertise, analytical skills, and a strategic approach to customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities: -

  1. Develop and execute inside sales strategies to achieve lead-generation and sales conversion goals.
  2. Manage and mentor the inside sales team to enhance productivity and performance.
  3. Create calling scripts, email templates, and follow-up processes to improve efficiency.
  4. Identify high-potential prospects through inbound/outbound channels and ensure steady lead flow.
  5. Track, analyse, and report on KPIs such as call volumes, lead status, conversions, and pipeline metrics.
  6. Collaborate with marketing teams for campaigns, product promotions, and lead nurturing programs.
  7. Conduct regular training on communication, objection handling, and CRM tools
  8. Ensure the team maintains accurate customer records and updates in the CRM.
  9. Support in closing key opportunities via online demos, virtual meetings, or proposals.
  10. Evaluate and improve internal processes to enhance customer experience and sales outcomes.

Skills & Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  2. 6–12 years of inside sales experience with at least 2–4 years in a managerial role.
  3. Proven track record in lead generation, sales pipeline management, and team handling.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Strong understanding of CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales automation platforms.
  6. Ability to analyse data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
  7. Goal-driven, organized, and capable of managing a high-performance environment.
